What happened to Youth Basketball?? Did we sign our kids up to get yelled at, learn to complain about playing time and referees? What is the point of youth sports?
Character Basketball training is about developing the individual as a whole through strength, speed, and skill training that also focuses on the development of strong character traits - respect, honesty, loyalty, and the value of hard work.

STRENGTH
Strength of mind and muscle only comes from pushing oneself beyond their current limits. Both the mind and body will grow with progressive overload, included in my programs for both fitness and fundamental skills.

COURAGE
Nothing great happens without someone having the courage to do something they have never done before. In basketball training, and in life, those who are successful are the ones that have the courage to fail and the courage to try again.

CHARACTER
Other people judge your character based on the things that you do. Your actions, not your intent, create your character.

Integrity
When all your actions, public or private, align with your values, you are practicing integrity, and what you do when no one is watching will define how you perform when everyone is watching.
