How are you spending your time?
Today’s post is inspired by the author of Atomic Habits who has a weekly newsletter. Essentially, we are what we spend our time doing. You can think of yourself as a healthy person, but are the things you do the majority of the day reflect this? If you spend 2 hours a day on YouTube and 1 hour exercising, are you a YouTube watcher or a fit person?
It is likely that you identify yourself as one or several types of person based on the things you enjoy doing. If you’re reading this, you probably like to play basketball. Try applying these questions to your life.
Today's question is a two-parter:
When I'm living a good day, what am I spending my time on?
Do the sources of information I am exposed to each day support that type of lifestyle or distract from it?
