Keep going. Build on what you’ve done so far.
Continue to increase your weights, reps, sets, and overall VOLUME over the next 10 workouts!!!
It’s not going to be easy, and it shouldn’t, but every rep gets you closer to your goal. Don’t STOP!!! No matter how discouraged or silly you feel compared to anyone else in the gym or on YouTube or TikTok. Everyone had to start somewhere. This is your journey. You are the captain. Set a hard course.
Things aren’t getting easier, but you are starting to get familiar with those machines at the gym.
Don’t forget what you learned about volume. Check your total weight at the end of each day and keep improving!!
Hard work pays off. Remember to look at weights, reps, and volume you did in prior workouts, and try to beat those numbers every day.
