At the start of this workout you set your sights on building self-confidence.
Maybe this was the first workout program you’ve tried, and maybe this was the first time you pushed yourself to your absolute limits.
Hopefully, you learned that the real battle build muscle is in your head, not in your muscles. Your reward is finding your limits and pushing beyond them to a new standard of what you can do.
If you did that, if you challenged yourself on every set of every workout (or at least most of them), you probably did more work, lifted more weight, did more reps, and build more strength than any of your peers (who spent more time on tik-tok than time under tension).
And that feeling, my friend, is SELF-CONFIDENCE.
YOU built confidence by breaking yourself down.
YOU learned your true limits by pushing through every workout, and found out you are stronger than you thought.
YOU put up insane total volume, lifting thousands of pounds of weight every workout.
YOU know how good pain can feel, when you wake up sore the next day or push through the burn to get a few extra reps.
YOU can now walk into any gym confident that you can get a great workout (even without doing fancy Olympic lifts).
You are a workout MACHINE!!!
