For the next 6 weeks you are going to train your mind and your body.

  • Wk 1: Accountability

    It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

You will need:

  • A ball and a hoop (duh)

  • A printer to print out the workouts and fill in with a pen (yes, hand-written)

  • Weights - preferably dumbbells (abbreviated DB in workouts) and a barbell (BB), but can substitute DB for BB anytime - DBs ranging from 10 to 45 lbs great, but can always do higher reps if weights are light

  • A bench (although you can do all the lifts on the floor)

  • A plyometric box for jumping - something 20-30 inches high that is sturdy enough to not fall over when you

How do you plan to get ready for the next season?

This is a flexible, versatile workout regimen that will improve your ball-handling, passing, shooting, defending, quickness, speed, and vertical leap. It combines 40 min of focused, intentional basketball skill training with 20 min of intense weight training and plyometrics.
