You will need:
A ball and a hoop (duh)
A printer to print out the workouts and fill in with a pen (yes, hand-written)
Weights - preferably dumbbells (abbreviated DB in workouts) and a barbell (BB), but can substitute DB for BB anytime - DBs ranging from 10 to 45 lbs great, but can always do higher reps if weights are light
A bench (although you can do all the lifts on the floor)
A plyometric box for jumping - something 20-30 inches high that is sturdy enough to not fall over when you
How do you plan to get ready for the next season?
This is a flexible, versatile workout regimen that will improve your ball-handling, passing, shooting, defending, quickness, speed, and vertical leap. It combines 40 min of focused, intentional basketball skill training with 20 min of intense weight training and plyometrics.
