ACL Rehab

This video is the most comprehensive ACL Reconstruction Rehab video that I have found, and starting at 6:49 includes the final portion of the video below starting at 6:49 includes the final aspect of rehab right before returning to play.

Here is a list of those final stages of rehab:

  • Single leg deceleration - hold in hip/knee flexed position.

  • Single leg depth drop - again, hold in landing position.

  • Single leg plyometric depth drop with jump - land on the same leg as before.

  • Single leg jump up onto step.

  • Lateral hops and forward hops, landing on one leg.

Do these everyday to improve stability when landing.
