…is showing up and doing the workout, training, practice, drill, lift, run, etc.

You don’t have to do it perfectly, or even well, just show up.

You don’t have to feel like it or enjoy it, just show up.

You don’t need the perfect workout program ot best coach/trainer, just show up.

You don’t need the latest gear or best shoes or headphones, just show up.

You don’t need to look good or smell good. You don’t need the best pre workout supplement or the best sleep the night before.

Just show up and do some work!!!
