Vert Training - advice

I have an entire vertical training workout available on the site, but I wanted to promote this baller who give excellent advice at the beginning of his video - DO CALF RAISES ALL THE TIME. In HS he used to do toe-ups any time he was bored - Even when playing video games!!!

I can’t stress this enough, you gotta be different to BE DIFFERENT. If you want an insane vertical leap, you gotta be a little insane. Feel free to do his workout routine or download mine. Either way, get training.
