Combo cross-over moves

This is a nice cross-over combo workout to try, from Thinc PRO Basketball. I suggest practicing each move with both hands, driving to the basket from the left and right wing. Try adding a cone or a chair as a defender to get around. As usual, it’s best to practice at game speed. This might take a few reps as you work your way up to the full-speed. Pay attention to the tempo and change of speed and spacing mentioned in the video.
